What’s Happening in The Lab — The Week of March 23, 2020

Recognizing that your days are changing on a minute-by-minute-basis, we are experimenting with the best ways to support health care providers across the country. The Experience Lab is hosting various virtual Experiences in support of your COVID-19 response. Our aim is to connect you with experts and exemplars from across the country, help you think through your design of vital Experience elements, and to be a compassionate partner to you in these uncertain times.

Here’s what’s happening across the week of March 23, 2020:

VIRTUAL EXPERIENCE SALONS

Weekly virtual Experience Salons with exemplars and experts focused on timely topics specific to your internal and external COVID-19 response.

Uncharted: From Planning to Preparedness, a conversation with Margaret Heffernan

Thursday, March 26 | 11:00 to 11:45 am PST/2:00 to 2:45 pm EST

Join us for a timely and provocative conversation with leadership expert and author Margaret Heffernan. In her upcoming book, Uncharted, Margaret provides a plea for fresh thinking — exploring the people and organizations who aren’t daunted by uncertainty. Designed for health care leaders, in this salon Margaret will share actionable insights, concepts, and wisdom to support your internal and external COVID-19 thinking and design. Incredibly, the final chapter in her new book is specific to epidemics and is titled “Be Prepared.”
