  ACTION: Review your 2025 Experience aim and goals
• Your Discovery Labs + In Vivo Activation Labs
  ACTION: Review/edit what The Experience Lab provided; yes, and as necessary
• Your 2025 Summary of Work
  ACTION: Complete the prompts to document your learnings from the Inside Out journey, including hospital overarching learnings as well as individual Lab Partner discoveries you’ve gained for yourself, your team, and your hospital 
• Your 2026 Experience Action Plan
  ACTION:  Identify Experience goals and actions that you will take in 2026 to transform your culture and Experience
